Congratulations to the dirtgirlworld team
It is a wonderful recognition of the creativity, talent ,skill and passion that was so abundant in the team working on dirtgirlworld.
Last week we reached final delivery of the 52 episodes. Woo hoo! It has been a massive undertaking and an amazing journey.
And it's also a bit sad, as the the team from Hackett Films and Spin FX will now finish workinging on season 1. It's been amazing working with Jean Camden for two years, everyday ...and lots of nights....she has been an inspiration to the team both here and in Canada. Hana Kukal, our Canadian director has lead and loved dirtgirlworld through the animation process. These two amazing dirtgirl's rock!
So as the production team naturally dwindles, the audience is growing and making dirtgirlworld their own.
All around the globe children and their families are loving dirtgirlworld.
We are currently screening on ABC1 and ABC2, CBC, Cbeebies and BBC1.
The USA will join the dirtgirlworld family on April 22, Earth day, debuting on kids pbs SPROUT and we couldn't be happier.
I'll pop up some links and info but for now here's todays press release...I'm off to get grubby!
